- Manufactured from high quality, cold rolled (according to EN 10204: 2004), deep pressed sheet steel, of appropriate design, in three (3) main parts (front side, backside & bottom), to ensure stability and resistance to mechanical stresses.
- With vertical, 8mm deep, pressed reinforcements, to guaranty buckle/distortion-free surfaces from overloading & lifting device forces.
- Steel thickness, body: 1.50mm, bottom: 1.50mm
- Fully and continuously seam welded (from Certified welders), externally and internally. 100% corrosion-free guaranty, between steel sheet overlapping and no places to trap waste.
- Corner reinforcements, from 2.50mm steel.
- Top rim, made from 2.00mm extra reinforced U section, with integrated Comb-lift.
- Comb-lift bar (Frontal receiver), with RFID chip nest acc. to EN 14803.
- Fully, Hot dip galvanized (after welding process), according to ISO EN 1461: 2009 standard.
- Reinforced and distortion-free design, water drain plug, diameter Φ.40mm.
- Fitted with four (4), fully-welded handles, to ensure safe and easy movement, according to EN 840.
- Four (4) Heavy Duty, steel-centred Swivel wheels, Φ.200, with solid rubber tyres, plain bearing and carrying capacity per wheel 205 Kg.
